Today our Hop Blog has the theme: '99 Luftballons', I guess everybody knows this song.. I seem to be younger again when I hear it ;-)

I made a 'diaper cake ' (Windeltorte) for a newborn baby.
I stamped the balloons(Set: Eng.:Lift me up, DE: abgehoben) on the under two layers of the cake, for the upper layer I used the stamp set Moon baby, the baby sleeping on the moon and the little Plush toys.
I coloured one of the plush toys similar to the little plush dog we added to the gift.
Ever since I held the package with the hot air balloons in my hands, I had the idea to make a mobile with it, so this was the right occasion!
I stamped the balloons and clouds several times and punched everything with the big shot.
I folded the balloons in half and glued together 3 pieces of each balloon, with a cotton thread going through the centre.
I took two pieces of driftwood and made a support with metal thread. The picture is not the best, but it is very difficult to photograph a mobile, especially under time pressure...
