Hello! Bonjour! Hallo! Herzlich Willkommen!
Today is yet another round of our Stamp Impressions Blog Hop.
We want to show you some interesting cards today, "FUN FOLDS".
The card I made, was found under the name "Double Dutch Fold"
I had to use the new Stamps from the second SAB-Release because they are so beautiful!
The colours of the card had to match the box that I had bought so i used Blushing bride (Kirschblüte) and Fresh Fig (Feige) for the Paper and also for the Stamps!
I used the flower of the "painted season" stamp set from the 2nd SAB- Release , the matching framelits and the words are from the german Set "Wortreich" that will be available from the 1. of March
on the Inside, i have the cute frog, from the SAB-set.
it was stuck to a letter because my husband wrote a very nice poem for our 13 year old girl. It was with loads of Text from Moop Mama songs and her present was a visit to their concert in Munich on her very birthday! we had the most wonderful weekend!!
The double Dutch fold, is made out of a A4 Paper 21cm and cut at 23 cm.
you score the card at 5,4 cm at the left and the right side (so from 21 cm)
then you CUT at 5 cm from 23cm but only left and right of the score lines you made before and SCORE at 14 from 23 cm but only between the score lines you made before!
from the 5cm cut line, you then cut along the score line to the top of the card.
I tried to make a sketch, hope you understand it!
The pieces I used on top, I always measured the card piece and took 0,5cm less in both directions for each layer!
I hope you enjoy our Blog Hop, see what other special cards you can discover hop to SIGRID in Germany!....
Creatively yours,
Fanny
